Affordable Housing, Boston

This concept and feasibility scheme was undertaken for Carter Homes for a town centre site in Boston. Site constraints including flood risk, existing roads and infrastructure dictated the dwelling design and site layout.  The proposals allowed for  high density individual dwellings, private gardens, apartments and open amenity spaces   to integrate in an urban context.

Apartment Scheme, Lincoln

This scheme was a feasibility exercise carried out for a client to explore the options for residential units on a steeply sloping site in Lincoln. The sketch plans and visuals were used to discuss the proposals with local authority and test the viability of the project.

New Visitors Centre, RSPB

Core Architects were invited to enter a design competition for a new visitors centre close to Burton Mere, Liverpool. The scheme was taken through to the final stages of the competition.

House Extension, Albert Crescent, Lincoln

A house extension providing additional living, dining and kitchen space to an existing terrace house. The scheme rationalises the new and retained spaces to form a logical and flexible living areas which have direct links to the outside spaces.

Housing Scheme, Heckington

The site is close to the unique Heckington Mill and therefore this scheme required a considered approach. The proposals were for a feasibility study to investigate the options for residential development on the site. The development looked to enhance and improve to the social and economic viability of the existing visitors centre.
