Established in autumn 2009, Core Architects is a Lincoln based company created from the desire to produce quality in design. With over 30 years’ experience in architecture, design and construction Sam Culling and Lee Hepworth began the business to allow them to build and expand upon an already successful and rewarding working relationship.

The practice has now evolved and expanded to include a total of 6 technical staff and administration team, working from the offices in The Terrace, Lincoln

With care and consideration we develop our client’s aspirations and nurture them with full support from the beginning stages of feasibility schemes, continuing through the detailed design, planning consent and final construction stages. We create contextual and practical contemporary architecture to enhance places and lives through form, function and aesthetics. With innovative design and careful decision making we are constantly striving to minimise environmental impact whilst optimising the economic and social aspects of all our projects.

Core Architects also support Architect in the House in aid of Shelter, a charity that works with the homeless and badly housed people.
